Platinum Pricing ?

Hello All - I've been thinking about purchasing a new 2019 F150 Platinum. Previously, I've owned two XLT's...still have the 2015 XLT. It's been a great truck. That said - I got something like a 13k discount on the 2015 XLT. Nobody seems to offer deep discounts on Platinum's. Are there any higher volume dealers that will deeply discount a Platinum - have people here been successful at getting a good price? OR - Do we just have to suck it up and "pay the price" Thanks in advance.

The dealer discount is often the same... however Lariat/KR/Plat/Limited tend to not get nearly as much rebate, so your total discount is less. I guess their theory is that if you can afford a Plat, you don't need rebates.

Invoice + rebates seems to be the best one can get on Platinums. If you have A plan, you might get under invoice. These are bread and butter trucks, make the dealers the most money. As said above, if you want one, and have to ask, you probably can't afford one.

What an ignorant and condescending statement.

OP, what part of the country are you located in? There are a number of high volume Platinum dealers that come up in conversation here, you may be near one. I bought mine last year for just short of 13k off MSRP (with a PCO), so deals can be had. That being said, pricing was better in March than current, but that literally can change monthly.

I'm located in New England - that said, I'm willing to purchase anywhere within reason. I've had many vehicles delivered from all over the USA. BTW - I can afford one. But - I got 13k of on my 2015 XLT with the 301a package. Honestly, I'll need to get a similar discount or I just wont do it. I'll keep my 15 and my 13 GT500 (summer car)...never selling the 13!

traditionally, there ARE less incentives on higher trim levels. Limited/Plat/Harley/Raptor (zero incentives).

The demand for these vehicles dictates they don't have to put alot of incentves on these trim levels because people are going to buy
them regardless of the price.....

Ive only seen them discounted 7-8k off msrp here.. not sure if you can squeeze any more or not. What about a used 18 platinum?

**** I'll be happy with 10% off my platinum, which is stickered at $63,9XX. Then again it's a special order, not a old unit. But I'm still not buying it unless I get a PCO. Not because I cant afford it but why not save another 3k.

You know you can get a fully equipped Lariat which has everything the Platinum has for a few bucks cheaper and maybe more discounts?
I did a comparison and from what I gathered the Platinum over the Lariat had the massaging seats and lots of brushed nickel.

Just an idea...
