You might be able to use this mount. Its seamless into your dash.

If fits in to replace the useless coin holder some trucks have.

So far, this has worked out great. It's less obtrusive than you might think. I don't use CDs, I don't really use the hard buttons for the radio (outside of volume and tune *****), and I can rotate it as necessary to get to the lower portion of the MFT screen. It angles just enough, toward the driver/passenger seats, to be quite convenient. As well, if you have a bench seat with the center armrest down, your arm will be at the exact level of the phone, making it very effortless while driving. I don't know how the flow through console would match up with it.

If I had to go with a mount the magnet mount would most likely be the one however my phone will stay in my pocket. No reason to access the phone with Sync in the truck, besides, with the distracted driving laws around here, one reach for the phone while driving can cost you a $1,000 fine. I want to pull everyone over I see texting while driving just to slap them upside the head.

I'm like poster Grumbus in that I like the CD slot mounts. Here are some photos of mine using the Mountek brand. Big fan, similar technology as the Koomus brand he posted. It doesn't obstruct much of any buttons I use or see, and it keeps it in the perfect position...in view and at fingertips but not in the way of anything. It's spring loaded from the sides, and that little two-pronged holder at the bottom is removable if you prefer. It can be rotated 360 degrees and has some tilt/swivel to it, though not as much as the Koomus one it appears.

They have the magnetic style too, but I don't want to put a different case on mine that needs a magnet inside it. Here is a link to Mountek's website if you're interested.

Saw these the other day. Thought they were an interesting take on a non-permanent mount that doesn't get in the way of anything on the dash - http://www.proclipusa.com/dashboard-...-150/2015.cmsv

There's one for either side of the center stack, and a clip-on for the left vent if that's your preference.

(Sorry, the site won't allow me to post a pic link...)

I actually installed the first one in that link about a week ago (855093) and it works so well. Love having the phone right next to the wheel for GPS.

Arkon 22" floor mount. I used the front driver side bolt on the center console/seat. Fits my iphone 6 in otterbox defender case. Like it so far. Easily removed.
