Yeah I am thinking that also, there is no way they can let this plant shut down when it's a F-150 maker.

Wonder what the exact issues are?
And anyone catch the comments? Some seriously butt hurtin anti-union going on in there.

Health, safety, ergonomic issues, overtime,...etc...it amazes me how employees have to negotiate with companies to update there building.

Isn't it foolish? I mean they expect a person to use and in some cases abuse their bodies for, if they're lucky, 30+ years and then turnaround and try to blame injuries on anything BUT what the job/company has demanded from them.

Well given how many freakin' flaws these trucks have, it appears that perhaps being in fear of losing one's job at the factory would be a good thing....

I love F150's, waiting for my 5th new one but sometimes I think they could train monkeys to do a better job of exterior fit & finish...Toyota's trucks are assembled WITHOUT union labor and their fit & finish are top notch. Time to kick unions to the curb, they have long outlived their usefulness.
