Oxford white long term durability ??
Thinking about Oxford White for my next F150. Plan on keeping the truck over 10 years.
Good color choice over the long haul ? Does it tend to hide scratches well.
Thanks guys for any opinions or personal Experience you have to share.

^^What zx12 said. My '08 was oxford white. Really didn't get waxed much, and I hand washed it when it was finally visible that the truck was too dirty to be visibly white. Paint held up great, and you had to be in JUST the right light to see swirls and scratches.
Surprise, surprise, I picked Oxford white for my '16 as well.

Luckily ford actually uses clear coat on the Oxford white color. I had a 2008 tundra in white and after a few years it required constant waxing or it was going to be oxidized and chalky looking. Come to find out Toyota Super white is a single stage finish.
I had a 2012 Oxford white f150 and after 3 years it was never waxed and still looked great could not say the same for my Tundra after 3 years.

Kinda partial to white!
Mine have held up VERY well. Here in Texas white cars aren't so darn hot when you get in em on a hot summer day, AC cools off quicker, and a dusty, dirty white vehicle still looks clean from 20 feet!

I think white is a great choice for long term. Depends on if the white is actually "white" or some sort of cream or pearl though for me, I don't' care for the latter. White is favorable as it doesn't show nearly the wash lines / swirls of the darker or metallic colors. While it is easier to take care of with nothing more than a good cleaner wax you will have to keep some of the more prevalent little tar spatters and the like in check with some detailing clay. Great choice long term, white also doesn't get dated like some of the "unique" colors that some may not care for a few years down the road.
