Same problem this AM with the site. So I switched browsers from Chrome to MS Edge and it seems to be working ok under that browser.

I think that some very junior executive is in charge of the Ford Owner site.

Okay, I tried the Owners site. I was logged out of that as well.
It did however log me back in okay.

Ford outsourced the development of that site. My understanding is that they are working on a replacement.

I've complained to Ford more than once, I can get logged in but nothing happens for minutes, then finally you get to a point and it asked me to login a second time before I can get to anything, I ran a test the other day, I had my wife to login and get recall info, then I drove to my dealer, 1.3m away, got my information from service guy and drove back, she was still trying to get info, I passed that on to Ford also, response time is terrible, refresh screen rate is terrible. Just a junky application.

it's still down "owner.ford.com" I just tried to log in was checking my password 20 Feb 2020

I've had the same experience. Been trying for two days to login & also changed password multiple times. Must be a COVID 19 problem since it's killing the rest of the country.
