So I've had an account for this for about a year and last logged on about a month ago. I went to log-in today and I can't get in. I've tried resetting my password 4 times and it says it still doesn't recognize my username or password. The username is correct as it doesn't recognize any other possible email addresses. I've even cleared the browser history in Safari (Mac OS).

Anyone else having issues today? Suggestions?

BTW, I'm a first time poster on this forum after having bought my first ever truck, a '19 F-150 Lariat, and I'm loving it so far.

 

I just tried logging into using my credentials on the Ford owners site. I got an error. I'm gonna guess that their backend database server is down for some reason.

I know it was working yesterday since I was logged in to add some updates to my truck's service history.

Add me to the list. I can change me password, but I can't sign in. Given the electronic problems that I'm having with my Sync 3 I would expect no less. Come on Ford, let's get it together here!!!!!

I was logged out this morning as well.
Logged in fine, but I had to reset my pin #.

Thats for the FordPass app. I didn’t think that was tied to the afore Owner’s website....or is it?

 

It isn't. I read your post too fast.

 

I tried to log in today. Put in my ID and password. Then tried to do an add vehicle. The naughty screen kept flipping back and forth at that point from log in screen to add vehicle screen. Tried to restart it 3x with same results.
