Overnighted lug nuts.
Took my truck to get the tires rotated and multipoint inspection. They topped off my trans fluid and I went home. Last time the dealership I went to did not tighten the lugs enough so I checked them again and they were over tightened. Two of them I rounded them out trying to get them loosened and had to use a bolt extractor to get them off. Anyways the only replacements I could get my hands on at the time were these Dorman nuts from auto zone. It looks like the part of the nut that holds the wheel in (lack of a better term) is much smaller than the factory nuts. Am I going to have issues with these nuts?

Yes, you want the cone to be the same size. Your lug nuts weren't likely overtightened... they were probably swollen. This affects basically 100% of newer Fords. F150s, Super Duties, Explorers, etc.
You should consider doing a complete replacement with Gorilla or McGard lug nuts, in the proper size and head dimensions. Ensures your safety, and ensures you aren't on the side of the road somewhere, unable to remove your lugs. There are tons of lug nut threads on here if you search.

Yep replace them all with the correct lugs for your wheels and torque per spec. with a real torque wrench.
Nothing worse than a lug nut that won't loosen when replacing a flat in the middle of nowhere.
Or the wrong and/or under torqued lug nuts that could eventually loosen.

Do these come in black? I see this: Model 61148BCX. Looks the same, but I am not sure.

I proactively swapped mine and did my wife's 2017 Explorer Sport at the same time. Discovered that about half of her at the time year-old lug nuts were already swelling. And we're in Texas... not a ton of salt/etc. here.
