Our Aluminum Beds are not sealed...And there's more...
Works great.
But sure, a TSB for a very small minority makes sense too.

If people want it sealed, just do it yourself.
I've already bought like 4 totes for things , I'm just saying what if. I've already dealt with my situation. If I find time I'll buy some type of rubber type spray on coating and spray it underneath the truck.
Place painters tape over the hole on the topside and spray the underside and fill
In the gaps.

Many of you may already know, but It is disheartening, that our Beds are not sealed, and although works well when washing your bed out, it's not so pleasant when your driving in the Rain, where mud and road salt is coming thru the spaces where the wall's meet the bed...
Oh! and don't use any Silicone, because it has acidic contents, and can damage Aluminum...

On my 2015 F-150, I'm using home weatherstripping rope caulk and leaving a couple gaps at the front to drain water out.
I haven't spent time figuring out a tailgate solution... i seem to recall there is foam available for this very purpose?
How are folks sealing their tailgate?
I've never really taken notice. I mean, the water does drain out when I wash it, but my truck can be completely filthy and full of road grime from dirty rain and mist coming off the road, but my bed is always the cleanest part of my truck. Maybe the spray in bed liner made the gaps smaller on mine, but I don't see any issue...
