Default OT - New Ranger

Had a chance to take a 10-minute drive in the New Ranger today at the Seattle Auto Show. Impressive truck. In a couple of years, my wife and I will be true "empty-nesters" (when our son graduates from college) and this size might be more sensible than our '17 F-150 Platinum SC!! However ... the Ford guy admitted that day-to-day fuel mileage will not be much different!! So, maybe we'll just keep enjoying our full size truck? Interesting ....

Cheers!

Ken

I don't think it is supposed to look like a fender intake. Just a badge. Superduty is similar.

Maybe it is totally fake and just stuck on with adhesive!

Yeah, how did the truck ride/drive/feel? It would be nice if Ford would offer the ranger with a manual transmission.

Hopefully it’s better built than the previous Ranger. What a POS.

I think the main issue with most of the 2019 ranger pics, is there mostly crew cabs.

if you look up an extended cab/scab, they look much better. Rangers are meant to be longer bed than cab kinda trucks.
My boss might be leasing them for our work trucks, I’ll let you all know how it performs off road.

If you don't like the '19, there will be a totally new one out for '21.
