Order from Stage 3 motorsports nightmare
#11
if this thread goes full circle it will no doubt give S3 another thumbs up, they have a solid reputation. The risk many times over has been worth it for the convenience of your favorite accessories all on one website . Slamming, though wrong, goes with the territory.... That box looks like it was drug behind a horse and whoever taped it up was beyond desperate ,probably shot his horse.

The damage is compliments of ups, you want a nightmare, tour one of their distribution points you will be wanting to pick up your orders after that lol. The company i work for ships close to 200k packages a year (not that many compared to some companies but enough) and i used to manage our shipping department. We have had packages ran over with something heavy, tread prints on them and Ups denied our claim for insufficient packaging, they don't care from the package handlers to management. Drivers probably care the most because they catch all the blame for damage. Thats a double wall box, likely with a high enough ECT rating to be "safe" but was handled poorly, it sucks but happens a lot. Hopefully the manufacture gets you the right parts quickly and ups pretends to care enough to get it there in one piece.

I've bought from them quite a few time and never had an issue. **** happens, someone sent out the wrong thing and the carrier destroyed the box. Chill, I'm sure Stage 3 will make it right.

Not sure if it is what the OP wanted, but I see a company that was prematurely attacked on social media, responded quickly and positively both directly and on social media, and is working to resolve a simple shipping error.
Looks like I found the type of company I want to use for future upgrade parts. Thanks.

Pretty much LOL. Fedex isn't a whole lot better, USPS, Poof it disappears to never be seen again.
We ship cast iron exhaust manifolds up to 70lb every day in just a cardboard box, and a majority of the time they make it just fine. There is no amount of packing that can guarantee safety with parcel carriers when your package is going to be throw, tossed, heaved or drug multiple times in its travel.
