Order from Stage 3 motorsports nightmare
I wanted to know about everyone’s experience with stage 3 motorsports. I ordered a Wilco hitchgate from them last week and last night I received a mangled box with a bunch of damaged powder coated parts but none of them being parts to a hitch gate. I’m amazed on a 1000 dollar order this carelessness took place. Now I’m waiting on an RMA# so they can start a return which I have no idea how I’m going to ship the product back because of the condition the box arrived in.

Put it back on them. "Here's a picture of what I have, what would you like me to do with this crap that doesn't a. cost me money or b. cost me time, since y'all farked up?" If that doesn't work, dispute the charge with your CC company.
I've ordered a few things from S3 and haven't had a single issue, for what that's worth.

Stage 3 straight up told me they don’t inventory anything and all their stuff is drop shipped. Because of that I just bought straight from the manufacturer. So I’m sure the ordering of the wrong part is on Stage 3, and I’m sure the packaging is on the dropshipper.
That’s the bad thing about drop shipments. Returns get real complicated, real fast.

I have only had one order from Stage 3, but everything went perfectly fine....
Why not give them a chance to make it right before you rake them over the coals here? It almost sounds like you are fishing for more reasons to be upset... If you expect they are out to get you and steal your time and money I suspect you are mistaken. Seems like a simple mistake to me, and they will likely make it right.

This is what's wrong with social media. You have an issue with an order, and before you give the company a chance to fix the problem you slam them.

Relax and give them more than 24 hours to resolved the issue. Those guys are very active on this forum and from my experience always take care of their customers.
A "nightmare" would be after dealing with a vendor for a week and not getting a resolution... Yours is a slight inconvenience that can happen and does happen on occasion. How the vendor takes care of it is really what matters.
I'll continue to buy from them without hesitation.
