Doesn’t “stick out” as in protrude from the tailgate, but there is the big cutout on top of the gate. Maybe I’m just weird, but I hate the look with that cutout. The regular gate looks so much cleaner.

don't forget meteors... we took a good one to the East of Flag... :-)

I love my LED's but I also have them aimed properly. Takes 2 min and you won't make any enemies.
I have the Lariat with 302A & 502A and wouldn't choose another route. Love everything that came with my truck.
What’s a Lariat 302A and 502A?

302A = XLT
502A = Lariat

Maybe this is a learning moment for me, what am I missing?

Theres a ton of thing i love about my truck but 4A has got to be my favorite. I live in a city where we get insane Chinooks in the winter(last friday was -22 and today is +11) so my roads can be clear one minute and the next black ice in the shade Its nice to just leave it in 4A and carry on with my day and not worry about shift the 4wd back and forth

4A is the only feature not available on an XLT that I really wish I had.
Oh well , mine is a reg cab anyway, so lariat or higher not available even if I had been willing to shell out for it.
