Nice looking truck. Looking to be purchasing one myself. How difficult is it to add power windows afterwards?

What rear end ratio do you have and how happy are you with the power? I have a supercab 4X2 with the 3.5 NA and 3:73s and I'm satisfied with the power. Would like to change to a RC 4X4 3.5 NA 3:73 in a few years and was wondering if the added driveline weight hurt the 3.5 NA's performance enough that I should spring for the 5.0 instead. I really like the simplicity of the 3.5 NA engine.

Having a place do it for $400. Let me just say this I would recommend just getting the powered option package to begin with. You get a lot more than just powered Windows. And even the aftermarket kits are slow to go up and down and wear out very fast. With the powered package you get the locking tailgate, powered locks, bigger nicer lcd display on the speedometer cluster and USB input for your stereo along with a few minor things like powered mirrors and such. It's well worth the $7-800 upgrade from the factory having keyless entry and all of that. Even though my cousin has the money to buy whatever he wants he for some reason went with the most base model and the 3.5 v6

No, but the 100a does have an audio input jack. I just plug an Ipod into that for now. It works fine.
I didn't get the 101a because I didn't need power windows or locks and I figure there will eventually be an installation kit available so I can add an aftermarket double din head unit.
What really sucks is that the 101a is required if you want the sport package. I would have got the sport if it was a stand alone option.

Here's a picture of the setup. I drive across country and need as many options as I can to listen to music. I am going to be doing the Sirius radio add on since I didn't get it with my truck and it requires USB port. It's a small price to pay for not having the very basic options but you don't need the sport package to have powered options.
