ANY help or input is greatly appreciated.
What was your opinion of the ride bone stock?

31-33 PSI in tires. Stock ride was also rough riding for me. Its been an interesting, frustrating experience.

Mine is rough too compared to my old stock extended cab, but with a blistien level coil overs and duratracs. I did add the rough country upper control arms and I believe it even stiffen up the suspension more..

Hitting pot holes jar your teeth. But I love the look love the stiffer ride than stock. Just got to be careful of deep holes in the roads. At a cold weather pressure 38 psi. Might lower them soon

Sorry just love to add pics

If you feel the stock ride was rough this must be your first truck experience. I feel like mine rides pretty smooth with the Fox 2.0 coil overs but I've driven trucks for the last 40 years. My wife loves her 2018 Expedition, maybe you bought the wrong vehicle.

I had a 2017 SCab and a 2018 Canyon extended cab. My RCSB is by far the worst riding truck I've ever been in. Far worse than the varying generations of F-550 chassis cabs I've driven.

Mine is a mix of: so far undiagnosed vibration primarily at highway speeds; poor handling over bumps or ANY imperfections in the road at all tire pressures and most bed loads short of 500lb; and noticeable shuddering when the trans lugs or shifts in the lower gears.

My 16 had Halo coilovers with raptor 34" rubber and rode awesome. I think it maybe its because the raptor rubber is C rated??. Also in my 14 I ran fox, 16 halo's and 18 I tried Bilstein. only one I'll ever buy again is halo and sorry I wanted to save 200 bucks with the 6112s.

In his post he said he’s driven trucks his whole life.

Who did the install and alignment? Check to make sure shock/shackle and lca bolts were not over tightened.

Sorry not Help, Just Input!

I installed on my 2017 RCSB: F150 Halo Lifts Boss 2" Rear Shocks & F150 Halo Lifts Boss 0-3" Adjustable Coilover Lift/Leveling Kit. I'm running 34X12.5X18 KO2's and a Helwig Sway-Bar.

It's very bone jarring, almost like having 2X6 boards for suspension...I know the Tires contribute to the Roughness along with the Modified Suspension & Reg-Cab Short Wheel-Base. I gave up comfort for LOOKS!!!
