First off I think you have selling price and MRSP mixed up. You should NEVER pay MRSP (STICKER). You can get money off that for sure, THEN rebates after that. Most people can even get better than X-Plan without X-Plan. It sounds like he is giving you NOTHING off the sticker, correct?
Not sure you tax rate (I used mine @ 7%). But I come up with NO MONEY DOWN $463.40 a month, 36 months. Confirm that 15K per year is actually 60% residual.

Build your truck on Edmunds and what ever the "fair value is" go a few hundred under that and then you can counter with that. I will not be back online for a few hrs....FYI

does TT&L really have to be paid up front? I always thought it was only the DOC fee or is it different at dealers?

That's sounds decent but I would try to get closer to $10000 in discounts or meet them in the middle. I say this because it's a 15 and close to end of year. Good luck
