LOVE my Lariat with the 2.7. I really wanted to spring for the 502a but as most know it wasn't an option with the 2.7. The Plat was more than I was willing to spend.

Of all the trucks I've owned, this is hands down my favorite and my first Ford!

Lariat was the only truck in the cards. We wanted No Chrome, and leather. Bummed that we could only get black leather though.

Found two in Oregon and ended up with one with way to many options on it, some I will never use. We love it. Probably to much

I actually liked all the chrome, even on the Grill. I think the chrome looks more luxurious than the platinum matte grill. I mean if your an average person, who didn't know about the matte silver grill going to the top model, I bet they would say the chrome was the top...

The 3 Grill Bars looks the best, out of any truck I have seen regardless of manufacturer.

I got the Lariat becasue you could get the 18" wheels unlike the platinum model that had the 20's...(noticeably better ride...)

I always had black everything, so I wanted to go white this time. I have a vacation property up in Copper, and it get's hot there.

And, with the black pano roof, and black bits, I think it looks great.

I think the mystic grey is awesome. I almost bought the mystick grey one, but the ride was real rough for my mid age bones...but boy it was a looker

Oh, What do you think about the pink and purple hawaii stickers? Manly hu?

Here's mine! When I priced out a base Lariat vs a 302a XLT, the price came out basically the same, so why not enjoy all of the Lariat niceties. If I were buying again, I'd consider splurging on 501a and the extended fuel tank.
