You won't find a better guy to do it.

Did you send him yours and get yours back after he paints them? (essentially driving around without badges for a week, or however long it may take.) Or does he have a stock pile and he sends you painted ones and you just send yours back and the next guy gets yours? ( no driving around without badges.)????
