New member/first time poster here. I finally retired (sold) the 2001 XLT and ordered a Lariat Sport last June and took delivery in Oct. I had wanted and planned for a 2017, but I missed the cutoff date by a week. That's all fine, as I got the exact same build I wanted for $100 less. The problem was/is the 2018 grilles. Like others here, the only one I like at all is the SE honeycomb. I couldn't justify spending for the SE pkg. just for the grille, figuring I'd take care of it later. Due to a bunch of traveling, later turned into a lot later. Now I'm trying to find a ruby red SE grille JL3Z-8200-SH, and they appear to be back ordered from Ford with no ETA. The truck has <2000 miles and the original Lariat ruby sport grille (that many folks want) is still perfect for resale......so far. Anyone have any ideas how I might find the SE grille somewhat quickly? Thanks in advance.
If it is on backorder from Ford you will just have to wait it out or order a different grille and see about getting it repainted. Thats about the only 2 options

I've never uploaded a photo here. Here is a picture of my truck in my driveway. I think it will look great with the JL3Z-8200-JP lariat sport lightning blue grill once I can finally get my hands on one.
Finally got one, got a new emblem for it from the dealer, and got it installed! XLT sport with Lariat Sport grille I don't even have 2,000 miles on it yet

Update: I found one through Elder Parts Group and it's on it's way. Same (good) price but they charged ridiculously for shipping- $135 vs $48. Still it's better than waiting who knows how long for Ford's backorder with no ETA. Gotta get the stock grille off while it's still perfect for re-sale, plus neither I or the truck are getting any younger.
The Canadian parts site is confusing for the different grilles. Could someone provide a part number for a "brushed look" chrome Platinum grille that would be on an Oxford white? I've attached an example on this Blue Jeans. Had a hard time deciding between Lariat Sport and this one.
Finally ordered my RCSB, decided on Oxford White and anxious to have the grille when the truck shows up!

Call whomever your buying the grille from and use the VIN 1FTEW1EG5JFC26291
It's from this truck. Using a VIN from a truck that's already built is the best way to make sure you get the right part.
Not sure if Autonation White Bear lake ships to Canada but they have good prices and I've found their shipping to be a little less Tasca and the prices are maybe a little less too unless you have a discount code from Tasca.
