I only listed the paint issues for the person that asked me what paint issues I had.
There is a substantial list of other major items as well.
Telling me to enjoy my new truck and telling me I'm fortunate is basically dismissing me as if my items are normal and non-issues. I traded a flawless 8 year old Toyota for this. At least I still have my other Toyota to rely on.
Good thing I'm fortunate and get to drive back and forth to my dealership, 80 miles round trip, several times a week to keep the repairs in order and on schedule. Because I really wanted to pay Ford to give me this non paying 2nd full time job.
I gave American vehicle a chance, but the effort I have to put in to get a new truck repaired is more than the total repair effort involved in 20 years of Toyota ownership across 3 separate Toyota vehicles. Boring but reliable. Guess I had forgotten how valuable reliable was and had taken it for granted. Hope I have better memory next time.
I would love to enjoy my new truck, but, I'm in a smoke impregnated loaner for several weeks while I make payments on the new truck in the shop.
BTW,
I've done a review of your posts, and you seemingly reply to anyone that's having a problem with your dismissive BS. Like some kind of high post count TROLL. Even others have posted the same about you. Knock it off. Your crap is getting old.

I went through a similar situation back in 02 with an F250. They even built me a new truck and swapped with me. That one ended up with the same issue as my original. I ended up trading it and had not had another Ford till I got this KR this year.
I'm not having any real issues and happy it worked out for me, for I do love this truck!
I hope they get you satisfied and maybe even just get you a totally new truck! If nothing else a free extended warranty.
When all is right these trucks are something else.
I've owned several Tundra's and Tacoma's. Never had any issues with any of them! Well built trucks for sure. The Fords just had some things and newer technology that Toyota doesn't even offer, guess I'm saying more cutting edge. They seem to be behind the times sorta. That could be a plus but I really like the newer stuff and thought I would give Ford another shot.
It has paid off so far for me.
Hope it all gets worked out in your favor brother!

Paint Issues!
1. Front driver side door front seam paint chipped when dealership adjusted that door.
2. Driver side rear bumper corner had only partial paint behind it, and grey primer.
3. Bed of truck has multiple clear coat and paint bubbles with dirt entrained in them.
4. Tailgate of truck, inside, more bubbles.
5. Passenger side rear door, Caribou paint bottom not complete at rear door seam.
6. Passenger side front door, same as above, but worse and hidden by hand applied touch up paint by either the factory or the dealer.
7. Passenger side front door, white paint overspray on Caribou.
8. Passenger side front door bottom, white paint was painted over masking tape on door bottom seam and is bare aluminum under it. Tape must of been there from shipment of the unpainted door.
9. Passenger front fender being entirely replaced and repainted due to some kind of aluminum corrosion or metallurgy defect near and in an attaching bolt hole.
10. Passenger side rear bumper corner had no paint behind it, just grey primer.
What stinks is I wanted to put a 3M clear bra on the front hood and fenders right away but these problems have delayed that to the point that I now already have a rock chip in my hood. Never had a fair chance to protect my truck...
Under my truck I already washed and painted the following myself:
11. Rusty rear differential cover
12. Rusty rear axle
13. Rusty rear 2 piece drive shaft
14. Rusty front drive shaft
15. Rusty exhaust system in its entirety
16. Rusty transmission pan
And I gave up before fixing:
17. Rusty front skid plate
18. Rusty transfer case skid plate.

All I can say is WOW!! Totally ridiculous!! I'm guessing that if Ford doesn't get you a new truck I sure have now chance of getting one as my issues are far more minor than yours!! Good Luck with it tho!! What a headache!!!

They did say they had no problem offering me some sort of goodwill gesture for my trouble such as an ESP or a free car payment. I said we would have to wait and see if everything is repairable with regards to a buy back being off the table.
They didn't acknowledge as part of my case that my cooled seats didn't work, nor the adaptive cruise control, or the windshield wiper issue, or the huge fingerprint smudge trapped forever inside the rear glass of the truck between the layers of glass. And, the heavily leaking moonroof.
I asked them to get started on an 8yr/125K mile/$0 deduct Premium ESP as that was the only one acceptable for all this. They would not commit. Said they had to wait and see how the truck comes out after repairs.
If it's a good will gesture for all my troubles that are already a huge drain of my time and money , then why the wait? Exactly. No honest good will.
I know people have more catastrophic failure problems than I do, but my quantity is just extremely time consuming to get corrected, or attempt to get corrected. Maybe I win the quantity of issues award.

Stay tuned for part 2, 2016's are just around the corner!!
Hopefully most of the kinks will be worked out with the 2015 production runs and then Ford can concentrate on further improvement!

Other than the seat cooling issue, I haven't noticed even the slightest problem with my '15 F150. I can't say that I'd put up with some of the things being described here.
FWIW, the trick to getting them to take the vehicle back is the same as in every other situation in life--make them believe that it will cost them more money to NOT take the truck back.

Wow, I hate this thread! LOL
My biggest complaint is probably that the new aluminum bed sure makes a racket when you have have to get up in it and walk around. Lots more popping and creaking than, but, I mean they have huge payload ratings for these things, can't image there being a structure issue.

After 2.5 weeks I've heard from Ford Corporate. They said "no way a buyback will happen as that is only done for the worst of the worst of problems."

This is really strange being without the truck I just bought. I look out into the driveway and keep thinking, for a brief moment, it's been stolen. I'm on my second loaner truck. Took the first one back because the cigarette smoking residue was unbearable for my family. My wife has a very low immune system, so, it just wouldn't work - the interior was reactivating some medical issues.
I'm in another 2014 F150. This time a Lariat instead of a 2014 XLT. The passenger side mirror glass fell off when driving, so I repaired that myself. Nice truck, but I have learned that without the flow through center console for A/C my kids roast in the back, unless I freeze myself and my wife up front until we are unable to tolerate it.
I originally wanted the front bench seat configuration, so this loaner vehicle saga has at least verified I made the right purchase with regards to seats.
Their loaner trucks are simply their used car inventory currently for sale. Oddly, they have no used ecoboost trucks for sale, only the 5.0. The ecoboost must be popular!
I would love to be able to "not tolerate" all this as some have posted, but after already buying the truck, I feel I have no leverage and don't know how to "not tolerate" this situation. I'm just stuck...
