We don't either. Just seemed like many that were complaining about the MPGs were in the north.

I don't understand why some get such bad fuel economy and others don't. I don't have a lead foot so guess that may be the biggest difference. I have no complaints at all about my MPGs at all.

I'm in Dallas. Cruise set at 70. Today I got 18. That's the best I've seen.

Fuel mileage is so subjective. Too many variables. I wonder too how wide the differences are.

I'm not 100% happy with mine, but it's not the number that gets me. I've never gotten better mileage on my daily commute than I do straight highway. With my 2015 EB I get low 20's commuting, but on a 200 mile round trip highway run I got 19.5. Seemed weird, but its happened a couple times. Never had highway mileage be worse.

With over 5000 miles and one oil changes I think it is what it is. Overall happy though averaging 19.x since new, and now with warmer weather 20+ every tank on my 65 mile round trip commute.

Started with scratches door and tailgate,(dealer said get it fixed send them the bill,we ended up trading for mud flaps that I'm still waiting for)
Saw all the rust under the truck(fixed it my self after seeing what happened on here)
Hill assist followed by advance track warning came on(dealer said that's strange keep a eye on)
Cleaned the truck on the weekend saw big mark on door panel looks like clip didn't go in stressed it is now turning white, also seen my dash lifting(warping) called the dealer said have to take to a Ford dealer to get looked at.My problem is I bought the truck 500kms away and having problem with any closer dealers wanting anything to do with it
I guess my mistake on saving money is going to cost me in the end.
At this point I probably leave it and trade it on something I can get service on
Thanks Ford

Those turn away dealers make good money on fixing any problems you might have. Funny way to act in today's world?

What does this mean? Have you been taking your truck to a non Ford dealer, trying to get warranty work done?

No I have been calling other Ford dealers out of town and nobody gets back to me.My dealer where I got the truck from is 500km away. That's 1000km round trip first they have to see it,then order parts and so on,I trying to stay away from the first 5000km on it going to get stuff fixed. The truck is under 1000km now and that's with picking it up 500km away and to the body shop twice that is 50km away one way.

My 7 year newer lighter truck lifted on 35's with the 5.0 and 3.31 gears with the 6 speed gets about 13 on the highway.

That doesn't make much sense. My truck has about 320 miles on it and I'm average at least 16.5, much of it in stop & go traffic.

Let me see, complaints i have so far.
It rides so nice and handles so well it is very hard to not exceed the posted speed limit.
It does not wash itself.
The trailer tow ball i have is rather rusty and i should replace it.....It was the one i used on my last truck to and i just transfered it to this one.
The seats are so comfy, and keep me warm on cold days, and cool on hot days, that i no longer like my tv chair in the living room.
Lastly, i like it so much i will probably keep it a long time, so want to swap out a few things to make it suit my style better, like a black grill and black rims, and a magna flow exhaust, even though i really do not need them.

With the exception of the swaps you want to make, I am with you. By far one of the better Ford trucks I have owned. Fortunately (knock on wood) I have not had any mechanical, door, water or trim issues.

It's nice to see good things about the trucks on here, this is not to belittle the very real problems that people are having but I guess I am tired of reading all the bad things that are happening to our members.
