Thanks for posting this Voltruckguy. I would be interested to know what your dealer says about this, and if anyone else has noted the same on their 2015 F150.

The others side is "perfect" looking. I will go to dealer this week as they are replacing passenger seat frame. . It has a rattle we can't identify up by the headrest.

That is the roof ditch seam sealer. You can expect to see some waves but not that much. Obviously there was a hiccup with the seam sealer applicator during assembly. You may not want to hear this but your best option is to ignore it because fixing it involves stripping all of that sealer out and repainting the roof panel.

Just get a "Marks A Lot" of the same color and fill it in. What could go wrong?

What is the seam sealer made from? Is it pliable when cured? Obviously it takes paint.
