Ryan,

You'd have to take pictures and measurements of the mounting brackets and boards. I'll bet the wiring is the same, but again, we would need to confirm the diagrams of the two models. If you have access, do that and those of us who have them can help you determine.

You can also comb the various Ford parts sites and see what part numbers show up for the 250's and 150's. If the boards, end caps, motors, etc. are the same, there's you answer. Firerunner has the motor assembly part numbers, but need a VIN to confirm with tascaparts.com

I think I found Ford's actual supplier on AliBaba. Have a look at these photos. https://www.alibaba.com/product-deta...09840.html?s=p If these are real then $500 seems like a deal, but I'm also inclined to go for a set from a junk yard.

The boards do look to be correct, but I'm not sure about the module & wiring. It would be interesting to see their instructions on how to wire them for operation

question about oem power boards. If I park right up on a curb, if the running board hits it, will it mess with the motor or should it just stop?
I like to hug the curb on one side to save on door dings the other...now with high curbs, gotta park~ 8" away

They have safety switches incorporated in them... if they hit an object they should bounce back & if they are raising up & detect something they will reverse back down

The Alibaba boards are not powered like the OEM boards. The picture shows the plug connecting to the diagnostic port. This is like the AMP boards. I also see no mention of a running board module used or required.

Not saying this this is bad, it's just not the OEM setup.

Wow been waiting a while but now I install a pair of OEM power running boards. Only paid $225 a piece, I think that a good deal. Nice addition to my XLT.
