Default OEM LED Upgrade Complete Parts list

Has anyone put together a parts list for everything needed to upgrade the stock halogens to LED? This is for a 2016 Lariat w/ LED tails and stock halogens.

I'm about to pull the trigger on this, and don't want to order stuff and have to send it back.

I think I need this harness pictured....correct?

Anyone have the complete headlights (both right and left) part numbers and any other miscellaneous parts I might need to make this happen? I've googled myself to death trying to put together the parts needed. Just hoping someone who's been down this road will chime in.

And no, I'm not interested in doing a projector retrofit, as I want to keep the appearance stock.

Thanks in advance!

I hope you`ve read up on all of the problems that many members here have had with doing this conversion. It`s not as simple as plug and play.

Good luck to you.

Thanks for the input.

I was under the impression that with the correct harness, this would be a plug and play option?

Please share then details then because it it seems that everyone that has tried the standard (non raptor) LEDs is having problems. Perhaps the Raptor LEDs are different.

The type of headlights don't matter. It all depends on the harness you get and whether or not you get lucky with it. They just came out with a new version of the harnesses and they seem to be ok so far. It really is hit or miss. All of the led headlights are made the same exact way with the exception of the '15s having removable bulbs.

A full parts list would be:
LED Headlights with bulbs
2 ballasts with brackets
And the harness for non-led trucks

Haven't done conversion yet on my truck but have done conversions on other cars. Had great luck with xenondepot products.

I am doing the upgrade currently, just waiting for all the parts to arrive to install. I may still be missing some components, but here is what I've gathered from digging through pages of threads:
  • GL3Z-13008-E (passenger side LED lamp assembly)
  • GL3Z-13008-F (driver side LED lamp assembly)
  • Note that the above #s are for the special edition LED assembly with the black housing
  • FL3Z-13C170-A (ballast, buy two of these)
  • W715133-S900 (ballast screws, buy six,but they are sold in pkg of 4 pcs)
  • LED adapter harness for halogen to LED conversion, I bought the latest one from theretrofitsource, 3-week wait time

I also found alternative LED lamp assembly part #s:
  • FL3Z-13008-J
  • FL3Z-13008-K
  • These are the regular chrome housing LED lamps

  • HL3V-13005-VC
  • HL3V-13006-VC
  • These are suppose to be the latest Raptor LED lamps. They look identical to the special edition ones, and no one can tell me how these are different from the ones I ordered. July 2017 update: I am confirming that these part #s are indeed of the product as the special edition ones, black housing LED lamps. The black housing LED lamps I received has both the HL3Vxxx and the GL3Zxxx numbers listed on them.

I bought all the OEM parts from Tascaparts, I want the warranty that comes with new parts, just in case...Oh, and give Steve@tasca a shout for quotes, he is a forum member here.

I will update this reply on parts list once I finish my install. Good luck with your quest.
