Thank you for the list, is it the conversion harness that some have stated may be having problems. Is there any other companies that make the harness?

The problems have mostly been corrected with 3 revisions of the harness. afaik they use the same harness. I did the upgrade personally and with forscan no longer have any issues. The main issues I had before were with headlights on "Auto" the passenger light would turn off after a few seconds (no longer occurring). The other issue was the passenger turn signal hyperflashing (fast flicker), which is no longer occurring after turning off the "Lamp Outage" feature using forscan.

@MRT1, the prior versions of my harness did indeed have some issues with 2016+ F150s as drewby described. TRS has sinced fixed the problem and seemed to have picked up several successful installs and trust from several forum members. So I decided to take the plunge and give it a try. Take a look at the product details on TRS' website, they seem to be transparent about the issue and have a disclaimer about the auto-headlight on feature on trucks that have it. Raptorretrofit also has an adapter harness, I would suggest search for forum threads and read about the experiences. GL.

Happen to know the part number for the ballast and bracket screws? I think there are 6 of each (3 per headlight)

The part numbers for the ballasts and ballast screws are on page 1 of this thread. For the bracket screws, just reuse the ones from your halogens when you remove the brackets.

@davo32683, Jfabes got it right, ballasts and screw part #s are listed on page 1, you need 6 screws total, though they are sold in pkg of 4 pcs. As Jfabes said, you can just reuse the brackets and bracket screws from your halogen lamps.

BTW, the install was not too hard; I'd recommend following the lamp removal instruction from anzousa on Youtube, it's very thorough and less hassle than another one on Youtube. I do have hyper flash of the right turn signal indicator on the instrument panel (the actual turn signal outside is flashing at the normal rate), but this was described in another thread and the fix is via the Forescan route so I haven't bother to ticker with it more. Good luck with your install.

I figured they were sold individually. Bought 6. We'll see if I get 6 or 24!

Has the issue with the DRL not working and the Auto headlight switch position been fixed with any of the harnesses?
