It's not so ****ty as that's the only way you can get the HD Tuner, forscan doesn't give you the ability to enable it. The hd hardware isn't in the standard sync3 system.

Im aware you need the hd tuner, cdplayer as well...

The Bluetooth price is back down. I just ordered for $53.57 out the door.

Nice - that's such a good price!

It's worth it IMO just to get rid of the stupid double honk. It's a thorn in my side. I have another vehicle with pushbutton start and the "you left with the key while the car was running" beep isn't nearly as bad as the F150 one.

I was kinda bummed that I missed a used one for $60 in the classifieds... I ordered last night and got the tracking # today. But I probably wont see it till next week.

Is there an alternative to the wifi or bt obdtool? I have two of the wifi versions and I am unable to join either of them. If someone can tell me if a wired version is available I'd rather try that instead.

It says it has a switch. Does this mean you have to change the switch setting while you're using Forscan?
