Not Happy - Less than 5000 miles - Engine misfire

She made the trip from the dealership to work and ran smooth.
The service manager said that she's seen a few of the 2018s come in with a similar problem... So, I guess it's fairly common.
In the meantime, if I was running a cylinder rich for about 30 miles at highway speeds - any recommendations to clean out any buildup there might be as a result to keep things running smooth in the future?

Got the truck back this morning... This was the problem they said... Injector stuck open.

2018 Lariat super cab 3.5 –mine started misfiring the fourth day I owned it (~ 450 miles). Immediately got into the dealer, it was diagnosed as clutch packs slipping in the transfer case. Waited about a week to have a loaner car. Got it back and the severe bronco like a bucking going up hills was gone (another symptom along with the engine miss) but the miss was still there about 99% of the time. The dealership master mechanic diagnosed it as “road feedback”.I bought this truck after a lot of research. I will be retiring and at the top of my bucket list is a long trip and exploration of Alaska (~4 months) next spring with toyhauler loaded with a motorcycle, fishing equipment and kayak on the truck racks. This miss could be described of as a slight slip/catch or general rough running and most recently there is a hesitation/lack of immediate power. It has gotten worse –which the service manager was hoping for –so maybe now the master mechanic will also detect it. Still no check engine light. Before engines were computer controlled I could easily have diagnosed and fix this. Interestingly, there were no codes for the slipping clutch packs and the transfer case repair. (When the service manager gave it back to me, he said they hadn’t really taken it for a long drive and I would need to tell them whether it was actually fixed!?) One thing I did detect after the repair was now the truck had drive line lash. (When the master mechanic road with me his OBD computer picked up a code but he couldn’t find what it was?)Yes, things made by human beings are nott perfect (me neither) but frankly, spending this much money on a new truck and having it run like $#!@ is disheartening. I got this nearly a year in advance of my trip in order to have any bugs worked out but I didn’t expect problems like this. I’ve had it now six weeks and I still can’t safely tow! When I called today to get it back in, I was told the dealership no longer had loaner cars. This really set me off. I called customer service, explained my problems and was asked if I wanted to have them buy it back –no hesitation – Yes! I was told that the regional service manager would call me within 24 hours. Called the dealer back and actually spoke to the service manager, he gave me some kind of BS line about the loaners and I agree to bring it back this Friday (no loaner – but a diagnoses now that it’s worse).I’m really not optimistic but want to give it a chance. I see other people in the forum with engine problems and Rube Goldberg type repairs – drill a hole in the intercooler, catch cans, etc. This is a brand new truck! Mine now has about 3,600 miles. The first 3 days I owned the truck my feet didn’t touch the ground – I was on cloud 9! The smoothest, most powerful, comfortable and quietest truck I’ve owned. When the service mgr. asks what I want – that’s what I ask for – the way the truck was when I picked it up…too much to ask for?

Drove home tonight, and the truck threw another code
got home and hooked up my scanner. P0420 - catalytic system under threshold.
Could be the cat, could be an O2 sensor.
Guess they’re gonna have to figure it out.

Just realized last night the invoice had more detailed info on what they did:
Anyone know what the HD and HC pinpoint tests are?
Verified check engine light is on. EEC diagnostic - cont. codes P00C6 (fuel rail pressure too low), P0301 (cylinder 1 misfire), P0302 (Cylinder 2 misfire), P0303 (cylinder 3 misfire). No TSB or SSM info for this. Refer to section 5 of the PC/ED manual for pinpoint test HD. HD1-Y, HD2-N, HD3-Y, HD4-N, HD5-N, HD6-N, HD7-N, HD8-N, HD9-N, HD10-Y. Sent to pinpoint test HC. HC1-N, HC2-Y, HC5-Y, HC6-N, HC11-N, HC12-N. Fuel pressure is over 45 psi on the low side and the truck passes the relative compression test. Performed ignition system test and it passes. DCL display shows the high side fuel system looses pressure as soon as key is turned off and misfires on cyl #2 constantly. Replaced the #2 high pressure fuel injector. Erased codes and retest-pass.

Oh I also needed a cat on one side due to fuel dumping into exhaust,
