As I said, Yes I have tried that it does not work and it is not available in the menus on the truck screen either. I posted the screenshot of the message I get when I try to access the VHR system on the website.

It would seem so, I just contacted SYNC support again, and they informed me that the software version in my truck is 5.5, I know in my 2012, it was running the most current vers available and that was 4.4 I think.

Hey everyone!

ranger7424 does not have the Vehicle Health Report option. Certain 2015 vehicles (with basic SYNC) did not come with that feature, as well as, SYNC Services. These vehicles include:

• 2015 F-150
• 2015 Mustang
• 2015 Edge
• 2015 Focus

Yea I couldnt remember what it was on the 12, I did verify though, with the SYNC rep that the 15 does have SYNC 5.5 on it.

Now will this ever be an option, like a software update? I didnt know when I bought the truck that it wasn't and when I took this info to my dealer they were as stunned as I was.

Just bought a 2015 f-150 xlt sport screw. My sync does not have this option either. I have the basic sync system. I can say I had a 2014 explorer and the new sync is far more user friendly. Menus are so much better to read and you can connect multiple devises with a click of a button. Example I can have my phone connected but my wife's phone playing Bluetooth audio.
