Next Gen Sync No Vehicle Health Report or Sync Svcs
I traded my 2012 SCAB for a 2015 SCREW. I found that I could not run a VHR on the new truck and the syncmyride website states that it is not available on this vehicle. I contacted Sync support and they told me that due to customer demand Veh Health Report and Sync Services Options were removed from the Next Gen SYNC Systems and could not be added. No one at my dealer knew about this as they push the Veh Health Report specifically when delivering new vehicles.

You have a 2015, you do not have the next gen sync, which is sync 3. it's rumored to come out in the 2016 model, but it's all speculation until the formal announcement.
2015 should still have the old myfordtouch which has the vehicle health report.

I am running the latest version of Sync with MFT. I have both the VHR and syncmyride. I would suggest you go to another dealer for assistance, read the manual, or rephrase your post.

My post was phrased exactly as it was meant, the issue is not with my dealer the question based on what SYNC support advised.

My post is neither confusing nor contradictory. I have SYNC with MyFord, Not MyFordTouch. I have verified with SYNC Phone Support via VIN that I have Next Gen SYNC which is not SYNC 3 Which I already know will not be available until 2016 on the F150. They are the ones who stated that the Next Gen System and SYNC 3 will not have these features.
According to your confusing post, It would mean I have Next Gen Sync and I have VHR.
Clearly one of us is confused.
