Update: It is now day 12, I was told today the tuck will be ready on Wednesday December 26th putting it at the day 16 mark of being at the dealership. Just 10 minutes ago I received a notification on my FordPass App telling me that there is a Parking Aid Malfunction. WHAT THE FU*K

I hv a 2018 F 150 Platinum I am so pissed I Also purchased from Hasset Of Wantagh and have water coming inside somehow passenger side. The smell is terrible. I have only 4000 miles on mine -the new truck smell is GONE- They told me at service department I wasn’t the only one having this issue. This is unacceptable to pay all this money for a vehicle and this manufacturer defect occurs. They should give us NEW trucks or total refund. This is my 1st Ford and I am so disappointed with FORD.

Getting in touch with sales at Hassett is an absolute joke but working with Kyle at the truck shop has been nothing but great, as for me though I’m absolutely done with FoMoCo. I owned that truck for one day and now I’m out 5k. F*ck Ford
