sounds like the shop I went to for my Spray in liner. They gave me an excellent price for it at $375 and they pulled the bed bolts tailgate screws bed lighting and tie down hardware. So I asked for a quote on some additional work.
This is where they lost my business and any recommendations i could give them.
to install a Bak flip VP, RC 2.5" level and a Go Rhino rc2 they quoted me at $2400....
Itemized out at. $1150 for the Bak Flip, $550 for the bull bar and $700 for a LEVEL....
Btw I did the Bak flip on my own in 45 mins with a tailgate seal and it cost me $625. the Rc2 bullbar is $200 with no lights, and Im instead getting a set of Bilstein 5100s all the way around... expecting that with install to be about $700. so by doing most myself and upgrading all shocks I can still save about $1000.
Some of these shops dont seem to understand what word of mouth advertising is.

Going by your description, you have a Toe problem and not a camber problem. Wear on the inside of a tire is either due to excessive negative camber or excessive toe. Since you lifted truck (how you get the lift doesn't make a difference) you got positive camber, not negative. Therefore, camber isn't your main problem. For the insides of the tires to be wasted after 10 months, the toe must be way out.
Looking at the alignment sheet you posted, it shows just that, you had 1.38 degrees of toe-out on the left side and .38 degrees of toe-out on the right side. When the Ford spec says 0 to .20 degrees toe-in. I can't imagine how the truck didn't want to turn left all the time. Now your toe is back in spec, your tires should last ALOT longer.

I had 2" Rough Country Level kit done by Les Schwab a few weeks ago.
They also told me I had to purchase an extra "kit" to be able to align and adjust everything once the leveling kit was put on. I think the kit for each side was $25, so $50 extra on top of the install/spacers/alignment. It was OTD under $400.
They said the older trucks had these adjustments built it, but the newer ones do not.
Truck drives great like stock, just a tad stiffer, which I like.
