Nice looking truck. Are you Using the stock head unit? What did the use to go from it to the amp? Also were they not able to make a box for behind the seat?

Thanks, They kept the stock head unit, I was tempted to put in one that runs android auto, but was told that the factory one would be fine, and they didn't think I'd be able to keep all the steering wheel controls, at least not without some work. I think there might be some that will work with the controls out but am not sure. I was already spending more than I really wanted too so I decided not to even try to change it out.

The shop took pictures and are going to send them to me soon, I will ask them about how they connected the amp and post some more pictures.

For the box, I think using a more shallow sub they could have hid it behind there. I am happy with it under the seat, with the truck cap I will have more than enough storage space between the rest of the floor area and truck bed.

That is a great color and I thought long and hard about getting that same one-but it's just SO much work to keep a dark color clean, i went with the silver. But I sure like looking at yours. Are those two pals in the bed Golden D's or Labra D's? We have a large Golden (94 lb)- smartest/best dog we ever had-house trained in 2 days and NO shedding !! Man does he ever love that supercrew room. Every time he sees me reach for the keys, he's asking-"take me PLEASE" !

I actually got this color more by chance, the dealer had a ton of white ones but my Dad and brother both have white trucks ( a gmc and a ram) so I wanted something different. This truck was the only one that had the equipment I wanted, I do love the color but it is going to more work to keep clean. For the dogs, it's actually one of both. Great dogs and they really do like the extra room in the crew, fiance has two dogs also, so they are going to have to get used to riding in the bed when we go somewhere all together.

Darker is a labradoodle, the lighter in the back is a goldendoodle.

So I went back to get my gains adjusted today and asked them about the amp setup. I don't have the sony system which would have required a clean sweep or something similar, lots more pricey it sounds like. The AMP they used is connected before the signal hits the factory amp, then controls the outputs to each speaker/sub. So they basically circumvent it and take the stock amp out of the system.

Adding some pics of the install. Shows front 165fx's (yellow ish ones) back 165 ac's (silver)and the focal sound deadening and a pic of one of the tweeters.

Actually no, and I wasn't aware that's what those are! Figured maybe big window motors. does this mean the truck was made to take them? It has Max tow package so that might have something to do with it also
