I was like "Ah...No."

Lol.
On the plus side, you have obviously done a really good job raising your daughter. She has good taste. hahahaha

That makes sense.
My wife prefers smaller SUV's, so it's not even an issue in our home. She has no interest in a truck or a car....just those small-ish SUVs.

My wife steals my truck all the time. I’m going to get an f150 for her next vehicle. She has a 4 cylinder GMC Terrain, so she loves my V8.

Update. My wife stole my truck to head down to ST Louis today. She called half hour ago and said go ahead and trade out the Jeep for an Explorer. Checked my dealers Website and they have in Stock what we are looking for. Tuesday I will be heading there to trade out the Jeep

In time, the wife must always have a newer nicer vehicle than you, some figure it out early, others later, in the end it is one of the laws of marriage that cannot be broken.

I bought my wife a new 2016 highlander last year in April. We went with a SEL Plus I think, not bottom just one step up. Adaptive cruise and lane assist didn't come to Toyota Highlanders in 2016, but I got my 2018 Ford Platinum Screw few weeks ago and now I want to trade my wife's in for a 2018 SUV with the ACC and Lane assist, also leather and push to start is nice..

I would lose around 8k on the trade in and new vehicle but I am actually ok with that.......My wife doesn't want to do it! She loves her car and it really is a nice car, but once you have a top tier vehicle, you get used to it.

She going to hit me up for a BMW M5 once the kids are older, that will be nice

My wife is too much of a spendthrift for that. She likes the bells & whistles on my truck, but isn't willing to spend the coin on it for her own vehicle - she just rides in my truck

When her Mazda6 was giving her fits, she got a 2015 Escape Titanium, with all the bells & whistles, because she said she liked the leather and tech in my 2011 Lariat. Shes' good for a while.

2017 Platinum fully loaded 3.5 ECO Ruby Red. It is a demo model so the price will be right or I will walk out the door. Also the 72 months same a cash they are offering now, made me glad she waited. I will hit the dealer tomorrow and see what I can do.
