I know this is an old thread, but for the benefit of those that find it by searching..
there's another thread where a member bought a chrome paint pen and a clear coat paint pen, and the pictures show how well that works!
The clear coat prevents hazing.
These paint pens are available on Amazon.

Well... in 4 Days, it will be the anniversary of Ford replacing my 4 bad PVC Wheels.
Here we are, 3 years later, and not a blemish. I must have really lucky and gotten some wheels that were built in the middle of the day, on Wednesday.
The following year, Ford replaced my swollen lug nuts. Those are OK for the time being as well.
And there you have it.
