A charge for the small amount of vehicle fuel arriving at a dealer is a line item on the dealer's factory invoice. In past years, my local dealers have always delivered new vehicles to me with full tanks, but with higher fuel costs today, I don't know if that's still the case.

They are a $165 option on Lariat and above trucks.
Actually easier to get them now than in 2014-no engine or package requirement, just a standalone option now-and a steal at the cost.
