Insurance Company owns it now, if it's ever found

The truck was locked with the key fob was inside the truck. I'm not sure how they got in but once they did the fob made it easy to drive away. Police told me the thieves had been able to break in keyless vehicles. I made the huge mistake by leaving key fob in the truck. I bought the "Club" in the other car and will due the same when I replace the truck. Others in my neighborhood were also broken in that night. One guy got him on camera, I will be having cameras installed next week. It's all my fault and I should have never made the mistakes but I am changing to fix my errors.

Did the insurance company give you a hard time about leaving the FOB in the truck?

Why's that ? People that commit crime don't do it in their neighborhoods , they'll just go to other neighborhoods like always.

Thieves will always find a way to get something they want. No matter what !

They were more interested if the truck was unlocked, I always locked the truck and left my fob inside. When I drove my truck to a park for a run I always left the fob inside and opened the truck with the 5 number code. The police said they got into the next door neigh's Mercedes with a slimjim. I live in a good neighborhood the crooks just drive here from the bad area.

Sorry to hear it. Always surprises me how many leave the fob in.
