The drain hose should be somewhere at the lower firewall near the AC box.
Best way to find it is to let your truck idle with the AC on preferably on a humid day.
Then watch for where the water condensation from the AC is dripping from.

Truck is currently at the dealer, I mentioned this issue among other things but service adviser didn't seem to keen on a solution.
So, my back cabin vents leak water and the carpet gets wet. I've smelled the carpet and area numerous times and it doesn't smell odd at all. I get the odor the most after a heavy rain when starting the truck the next day. Its hard to tell if I actually smell it when I get in, or only when the air goes. I've checked a lot of places for leaks and don't see any obvious areas.
But if it was an internal AC issue, why would it only be aggravated by recent rains? Any further suggestions for troubleshooting?

2018 Raptor with 7500 miles started doing this last week. Tried the Lysol but the smell kept coming back (not raining so its not a rain leak). Pulled back passenger side front carpet and noticed moisture and smell so it appears to be the AC unit. Went on Youtube and found this.
Ran truck with AC on high and didn't notice hardly any water coming out of drainage tube.
Tried the coat hanger without much luck. Got a air wand (24") that have a large plastic tip and sealed up good around the AC drainage tube
Used about 80PSI of air for about 30 seconds. Ran truck with AC on for about a minute and noticed water dripping out now.
Redid the Lysol thru the vents like this

A restricted drain tube will certainly cause issues like water accumulation. Good tip that one should be certain that it’s clear.
However, smell issues do not necessarily mean that the drain is restricted. Generally they are caused by moisture that is collected and left behind in the HVAC box or on the evaporator.
There are manufactures that had issues so bad that they would enable the fan to continue running a few minutes after the car is shut down. This would help dry any remaining “sweat” or moisture.
Where I am it was 94° but only 10% humidity. Not much water if any dripping under our cars today.

My truck smells a little musty after a rain as well although not enough to concern me. It happens even without running the A/C though. Honestly my truck sits in the garage a lot during the summer months, maybe a tank of gas ever 6 weeks, so it could very well be that I would have the musty issue too and just haven’t discovered it yet. Hopefully somebody will eventually get to the root of the problem but unfortunately it’s probably an engineering design without a cure.
