No I'm not missing your point, I'm making a point that they will sweep it under the rug like they did with the cooled seat issue, thats my point! By the way the cooled seats to me is a bigger issue, since I live in Tucson and have never had my heated seats on, but for about 9 months out of the year, I could run the cooled seat feature if it worked properly.

Did you take it to the dealer for it, if so what did they say?

I followed his instructions and nothing he described occurred. I used last setting, which we set to medium. Tried it again on high and the seat got very warm, but nothing out of the ordinary.

By following his instructions you first had the seats and wheel turned off,,,, And then tried it again with them set to medium?

Actually with heated/cooled seats would be the most accurate..

Go to:
Advance settings
Remote start
Switch climate to last setting (Heat has to be on)
Turn off seats and steering wheel (if so equipped)
Once you do this, shut your truck off.
Then remote start it, and check your passenger seat and steering wheel. If it's on, take it to the dealership ASAP. Mine did this and so did two others that I checked. There is a glitch in the programming and Ford isn't telling anyone about it. But Just the passenger seat gets REAL HOT, and could cause a fire if not fixed.
So why would you turn the heated seats/wheel to off on remote start anyhow? Doesn't it only turn them on when the outside temp is appropriate?

A lot of ways this could be more accurate. The OP must create click bait titles for a living.
