Default Moonroof rubber seal grease - what to use?

Had an issue this weekend where the moonroof got stuck trying to open. Had to massage it a little to break the stuckk rubber seal free. Would like to put some sort of grease/lubrication on the rubber to prevent it from sticking in the future, but also don't want to degrade the rubber. Any suggestions? Currently thinking white lithium grease?

Dupont Krytox is recommended by Ford. You'll also want to clean all the seals with alcohol before applying it. I do this about every 6 months on my 16 and no longer have any sticking or noise.

Also- make sure the panels are aligned with each other properly. This could also cause binding.

Honda Shin Etsu grease. I bought the DuPont but never used it. Sold it when I saw the shin etsu worked well for a fraction of the cost.

Alcohol and Krytox grease is what I use with good results. If I haven't opend the sunroof in a while, I tilt it first and then open it. Might just be in my head, but is seems to make the mechanism work smoother.

I second Honda Shin-Etsu grease.... I use it on all the seals on my 2001 S2000.... After 17 years, all my seals still look new

What's interesting about you saying that is, mine is silent unless I tilt it. I can hear the front seal make a squeek if I tilt it vs drop it first.

Armor all on all my door gaskets every 3-4 months just wipe it on with a rag and they stay like new. Been doing that to my vehicles for 25 years pretty much.
