Mirror Turn Signal Led?
Hey guys. I was just wondering if the mirror turn signal is Led or just a bulb on my 2018 xlt f150. Mine are Heated and manual from the 302a package. Thanks guys

I have a 2017 XLT and theres a circuit board in the housing with three amber LEDs on one end. Those LEDs shine on the chrome looking piece just behind the lense and reflects for your turn signal. These LEDs are soldered to the board and could be very difficult to change.

Ya, that little item runs a bit over $30 at Tasca. Anyone notice that it looks white depending on the angle you look at it?

I'm about to tear mine apart and put in a switchback LED strip. The white will stay lit with my parking lights and then blink amber with my turn signals.

I gotta see this, it would be the first switchback lighting I'd be interested in. Could it be done the opposite though?

Opposite as in amber on with parking lights and white blinking? Or amber on and then amber blinking?

That would be amber on with the lights, and white blinking. I think it would be cool to have the front turns set up the same. I don't have much of an idea about switchbacks, and didn't have an interest until now.
