iOS 9.3 is now available.

Yep - tried a few times earlier and no update - and then just started downloading about 2 minutes ago.

For those that asked - I think it will fix it. Just trying to have a little faith. I know there has been debate about who is following the standards and who broke it, but I know Ford and Apple both like advertising the features work and are implemented. Apple likes having that list just as much as Ford.

I'll only say that Ford is WAY too slow at updates and perfecting Sync for the number of installations they have, but we hope that is turning around as they are somewhat of a leader in introducing a unique platform of their own that is supposed to support CarPlay and Android Auto. Of course it's too early to see how well that plays out, but a lot of press the last week about the first Ford hitting the road in July which it will work on. Ford also really upped their technology department a couple of months back, so we'll soon see if it was serious or just a bunch of flap.

I didn't see anything in release notes to indicate there would be fix. It wouldn't be the first time though .

I will test it out in a couple of hours when I get off work.

Agree - Apple is very cryptic at their release notes though - and since it only would affect a small portion of their populate - maybe they wouldn't call it out. Only a few hours will tell.

Tested!

Fixed - with 9.3 MFT no longer automatically defaults to bluetooth audio after you make use SIRI or make a call.

That should mean it is fixed (please confirm familytr33) - you don't want it to default to BT audio - that was the problem - when it broke it would leave you in BT mode - it should switch you back to whatever mode you were in when you activated Sire Eyes Free.

My phone update is done, but probably 45 minutes before I can go out to the truck and test.

Yup iOS 9.3 fixed the issue

Whatever input you had on stays on after Siri eyes free... Was on FM l, used Siri eyes free when done stayed on FM

Yes, that part is fixed for me with iOS 9.3 (previous post amended to clarify).

I have not had a chance to do more extensive testing yet.
