Mbrp exhaust
Just installed an Mbrp cat back dual exhaust on my 5.0 . Love how it sounds except on the highway between 1700 -1900 rpm It has a nasty drone. Anything I can do?

Factory resonator or "high flow" resonator. That's what they were designed for- to eliminate drone.

Ditto. just add a resonator.
that is surprising I have the si/so MBRP on my 5.4L and I have NO drone at all. might be the dual thats the issue |
FLO-PRO Twister worked well on my EB.

Installed the 4" SI/SO on my 2.7. I love it, but I am getting Drone in the same RPM range. Not bad at all on the highway here in FL traveling at 75 to 80 mph, But the drone in the 1700rpm range to 1900 is real noticeable. |

I had the same issue when I did a Magnaflow muffler swap. I had them cut out the resonator. I went and ran a few errands with it and turned right back around and had them put it back in. It sounds absolutely amazing without the resonator, but holy crap did she drone.
