Default Magnaflow exhaust on a f150 2.7L ecoboost installed

I had a new exhaust installed. I mainly wanted the exhaust rerouted to the rear of the truck....might as change the exhaust a well. Here is what it sounds like. Not bad for a 2.7 engine in a 2018 F150.

I am going to move the tips more towards the center though, closer to the hitch ends. I expect dislike because I don't have the 5.0....which I don't need or would never use the power it has.

youtube link...not sure how to embed it.

I've been considering magnaflow for mine as well. Did you go with the MF series?

I don't mind that..do you have any clips of it during acceleration?

The muffler model number is magnaflow 12268. The dealer recommended it over the MF series saying it droned less at speed. I took his word for it as I was going to go with another model and like it so far. I did a night of research online day before installing and liked what I read so had it installed. but it might be an older series.

I'll try and do an acceleration video. Pretty impressed with how deep it sounds and just a general overall boost is sound.

Sounds nice. Let us know if it changes fuel mileage.

The only way the mileage will go is down because he’s listening to it.

Is 12268 different to what comes with 19053 exhaust?

That sounds good! Thanks for choosing MagnaFlow for your truck! We're happy to hear that you are satisfied with the new muffler.
