2019 Raptor take offs, 900 bucks, wheel tires, and TPMS. 2 inch level and ZERO issues lock to lock no trimming at all. Plus Im selling the factory wheels for 250 bucks. Hope to be into a set of 34 raptor wheels with zero miles for 650 bucks out the door.

A week back I picked up a set of 2020 Raptor take off wheels as I was wanting to go to a 17" tire and wheels set up. Looking for more side wall to flex and not really caring for the 20" set up that came on my chrome packaged XLT 2019.

My plan was to go with Discount Tires Pathfinder 285/70-17, but none of the local stores had them in stock. So I started shopping online. I have always had good luck with Cooper Tires and started to look that direction. I came across a tire called Ironman All Country AT that offered a balance of what I was looking for. The Pathfinder came in a SL and LT E-rated tire. Wanted something more stout than a 4 ply SL, but not as hard and heavy as a 10 ply E-rated tire. The Ironman is a D-rated 8 ply tire. The one negative that I didn't care for is the Q speed rating (99mph), but then I seldom go above any posted speed limit, all of which have been well under 99mph.

But the question that remained in my mind was "who is Ironman Tire"? Well after doing some searching and reviews I found out that Ironman Tire is part of the Cooper/Hercules Tire group. Now granted that while Cooper and Hercules are US tires, the Ironman tire is made in Taiwan, but I figured that with the reputation of Cooper Tire they wouldn't product a junk tire for sale in the USA knowing what a litigious society we are. I also found a number of positive comments on this tire as well as the M/T version.

I ended up ordering 4 tires from TIREBUYER.COM on sale for around $485 after being on sale and finding a coupon, after tax price was around $515 delivered (free delivery) The tread design is deep and aggressive, the tire seems to be well made and heavy. Max tire pressure is 80PSI, I'm running 45 PSI and the ride is not harsh nor loud. The tire does not have a mileage warranty, but does have a 2 year road hazard replacement warranty. A few of the reviews have mentioned placing over 40K on the tires and still going.

Over all I'm pleased and only time will tell as to the longevity of the tire.

I went with the Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLTs. I went up from 275/70R18 to 295/75R18 and they fill the wheel well great with no rubbing but I do have a 2” level.

i went with cooper after a lot of research online and after 3 technicians from 3 different places all recommended the exact same tire. They have a very nice aggressive sidewall but a more modest tread pattern versus a lot of AT tires. This results in super quiet on the road, great MPGs, smooth ride.

also these tires look even better in person versus these pictures. Everytime I look at my truck I fall in love with these tires all over again.

Use discount tire with whatever you get. I just got a set of 285/70/17 cooper discoverer ATPs mounted today. I ordered through the vender on this site and he hooked me up on the price. Super easy.
