Default Looking for Tire Recommendations

Looking to finally get wheels and tires. Thinking Havok H112 20x10 -24's. Hoping I can run with 33 12.50R20's without trimming with a 2" leveling lift.

Looking for tire recommendations. I did 41K miles last year. I shouldn't be doing as much this year, probably closer to 30K. Mix between highway and city. Minimal offroad, but still want an offroad aggressive looking tire. Trying to stay under $1K on the tires. What would you run? I'd love Toyo's, KO2s, or Nitto's but just dont want to spend $1300+ on the rubber. Perhaps Cooper SSTs? Anyone running atturos or thunderers? Etc.

I would think any of the name brand tires you mentioned would serve you well. Personally I would stay away from some of the more off brand or discount brand names such as Aturro.

Love my Falken AT3W.

I have run a lot of tires, Toyo MT, AT, Mickey Thompson, BF and a few more, hands down the best for ride and noise TOYO RT!

I love Toyo. But i'm trying to not spend over 1K on tires. Toyo, Nitto, etc are going to run me 1200-1300 all day.

Do they have to be an LT tire?

I think these look interesting for having the more aggressive look without the extra weight of an LT. Falken 275 /60 R20 (33" tall at stock width) standard loading not an E rated LT, 'only' weigh 48 lbs

$200 each at discount tire direct

I really like these. I don't need LT.. This helps quite a bit, really opens up my options. If i get the right offset, i'll get the look i'm looking for.

Feel like i'm getting closer. HA

Picked up a set of the Falken Wildpeak AT3 in the same size about 2 months ago, bought them on Ebay from Discount Tire. Cost me $699 shipped for 4 tires, Firestone mounted and balanced for $70. Good deal all around, so far a great tire, see how they do in the snow. Good looking tire also.

Ive had good luck with Cooper Zeon LTZs in the past. Pretty nice hybrid tire. 275/60/20 should get you right at 33

Also right around $200 per tire at Discount Tire.

I have KO2s on my truck. They look awesome but I do not think I will buy them again. They seem to be wearing down quickly. I do have a lead food, but when I took my truck to discount for a rotation, the manager confirmed that those KO2s generally last only 3 years, whereas a few other brands tend to last longer.
