I mistyped, it is JW Speaker. Top tier stuff and even have heated lenses for folks up north.
These are the lights....https://www.jwspeaker.com/products/l...632-evolution/

I added a bar in the front of my truck to mount them, they are auxiliary lights and I have a master switch so they only run when I want them.

Sharp looking ride! When I was probing the headlight unit yesterday with a voltmeter to find which wire controls the high beam I caused the daytime running light on that side to stop working. Ugh!

Thanks. Did you see post #3 in that thread I linked? It shows which wire to use and I mentioned the wire color.
Hopefully your running light will come back on when you restart the truck.

My my bed lights kept going offline when I was trying to add some aux lights to them. They would start working again once I turned off the truck and restarted it.

That’s so weird! Fingers crossed here that’s all it takes. Appreciate the wire color help. Next time I feel gutsy I’ll have that information saved. Much appreciated!

Second from right grey with brown stripe is your high beam hot that you want to tap. The furthest right blue with brown is low beams. The left two are the grounds

Just used a simple vampire tap a little lower in the loom then taped it back up after

The rough country dual 10” light bars I tied in with my high beams. Highly recommend these if you want a clean look with some extra oomph for the trails/ back country roads
Figured I’d share here since I couldn’t find this info for myself! Just setup some in the grill light bars wired through a relay harness and triggered by the high beams. I have factory halogen lights. If you remove the Intake snorkel on the drivers side you can easily get to the headlight connections to tap into for your relay signal input. There is a large brown connector with 3 wires and a smaller black connector with 4 wires. The black one with 4 wires are your high and low beams. The high beam wire is the second one and is grey with a brown stripe same as the LED equipped trucks. Here is a photo. Hope this helps someone else out!

So how are the Rough Country 10" bars? Plenty of light? How far do they project and do they spill over much to either side? Love the inconspicuous location & the look.

Rigid makes an (overpriced) bracket for some 6” LEDS which is what I installed. P.S. I used Rough Country lights not Rigid

They are BRIGHT. I was amazed at how much light they put out for their size. They are flood beam so they do act like a high beam but what I love is the way the grill is shaped angles the bar outward just a little bit so when they are on you get really good coverage on the sides of the trail/road in addition to all the extra light up front. Here is a photo with my alpharex led headlights and the light bars on (high beams)

After doing something to my headlight unit (currently in for replacement) by simply testing the leads to find that high beam I am thinking my lights behind the grill will be controlled in an “old school” manner. Not admitting my tampering but in conversation with the tech at the dealership he strongly advised not touching any of the factory wiring. I understand their concern but the stories he shared about troubles he’s encountered with people doing just that have got me second guessing.

Anyone interested take note: This 10” kit is for XLTs and below trim levels. This is not well advertised on Rough Country’s web site. It’s also shortsighted on their part to leave out Lariat and above trim levels IMHO.
