Can you zoom out on that picture of the hole to provide some perspective as to where in the bed this hole is located? Also a 3D view of the cooler would be nice. Did the cooler skid across the bed without being tripped by anything and then tip over to punch out the hole? Just trying to reconstruct the crime. Thanks

I’m curious how you got the bed in a 2018 that tore up that fast, that’s A LOT of scratches. Is that rust near that hole?

How would a hole like that get knocked into the low are between the bed ribbing by that cooler?

Seems off.

All this shows is that you must always secure your cargo. If it were clickity strapped in, no accident would have occurred.

What part of the cooler do you think punched a square hole like that in the recessed part of the bed? Where is the displaced metal?

the triangular metal piece clearly visible projecting out of the front ,supported underneath by the heavy duty, thick plastic the cooler is made up of

or someone jumped in my bed one night and punched a hole in it because i dont haul anything

the cooler is heavy empty, extremely heavy loaded to the top , it doesnt slide because it has rubber feet on the bottom.

its my fault i didnt secure it or push it up next to the cab

ive owned 4 trucks since 1992, 1st hole in a bed i have ever had

Sorry for your accident. It's one of the reasons I prefer drop in liners.

i have no reason to make this up, i love my truck
if anyone thinks im telling a tall tale, i dont know what to tell you...i was amazed when i pulled over to check the back because the cooler ended up all the way to the cab.... it was a very fast stop which created quite a ruckus in the bed with the cooler...
