Default Load shift and tore the bed

So my friend sent me these pics the other day of his friends f150 .. the bed just completely ripped which is crazy to me .. I asked my friend what he was carrying but he doesn't know .. I'm thinking it had to be alot of weight and no straps to do damage like this ..

Here is his fb

Weird, the PLASTIC bedliner didn't tear or rip, but both sides of the bed completely blown out ??? Must be some STRONG plastic.....another thing, on the left side of the bed, how do you separate the outer bed skin metal from the inner by a hit from the INSIDE of the bed supposedly.....looks like another "staged" photo to me.

I remember reading this a while ago. If I recall, it was an engine loaded in the bed and not secured with straps. He went around a turn and the engine slid across the bed into the side causing the damage then slid to the other side damaging the other side. Guy's own fault.
