Livernois Motorsports Feature on Truck Tech
Guys,
Check out last week's episode of Truck Tech that featured our tune , cold air intake, and thermostat install on the 2015 F150 EcoBoost. There is some great info on the 2015 F150 products along with some before and after dyno pulls. Our Level 1 package picked up an average of 69 RWHP with the addition of the Ford Racing cat back exhaust.

The idle speed is definitely something we can adjust for our tune customers if they would like. I spoke with our calibrator to confirm this, and he also mentioned to our knowledge the idle speed is actually not a user adjustable option on SCT for any of the 2011 and newer F150 models. Just an FYI for those of you wondering.

BoostKing Tuning
Idle speed in drive and neutral is adjustable for 2011+ F150's on SCT for the preloaded or custom tunes.

OK, thanks for the heads up! We actually discontinued using the SCT devices a few years back. So that was the case at that time on the X3 3015 models we used here. I'm sure there have been updates on the firmware possibly for them since then.

I'd like to know what differences there will be between the new 3.5 Raptor and a F150 with a Livernois tune? Numbers wise they look to be pretty close in performance.
I'll never use the Raptor's intended use of being a prerunner. Everyone would like its 10 speed transmission no doubt, but for what I use my trucks for it looks like I may as well buy a 3.5 EB F150.
