Default Limited 22" Wheels

Does anyone care to offer any opinions on ride quality of the 22" wheels versus 20"? I'm strongly considering a 2017 Limited and am uncertain if I'll be pleased with the ride quality due to the tire profile. I've been running the stock 20" on my 07 and the ride has always been fantastic. Any actual comparisons would be helpful.

I don't know about the ride, but they are definitely the best looking rims

I can tell you from experience that the OEM 22" wheels and tires on my Limited has a very noticeable ride difference than the 20" setup on my previous trucks. That was the single biggest complaint I had with my 2014 E.B. Limited. The wheels looked great but the ride sucked.

If anyone decides they don't like or want the OEM LIMITED 22" wheels, please send me a PM if you want to sell them. I'll be looking to buy a set once my truck is ordered.

Thank you...

That's what I was afraid of. Not what I wanted to hear!

I bought a 2016 f150 crew cab with 18's
i recently purchased oem factory 22's off a expedition and installed on my truck, the ride is much stiffer, but handles way better

Are you pleased with the ride on the interstate?

I have a 2014 Limited all stock with OEM 22s and the ride is great! I've driven in a lot worse riding vehicles Haha. I actually just bought some OEM 20s off a 2016 Platinum for the winter so I'm sure my opinion will change about the 22s in the near future Lol... either way I wouldn't be scared about putting 22s on your truck, its still a nice ride...

Smooth as silk, had to rebalance once, but now it's smooth
