This is one awesome looking truck. I'm definitely ordering my 2018 wearing this color:

Sweet Raptor! I went back and forth between colors for the past several months. Always loved the LB but then was gonna do white...then toyed with the idea of Lead foot grey...then was seriously considering ruby red...but I just kept coming back to that beautiful LB

I had a Raptor that I was going to order in this color. Absolutely STUNNING!
BUT the darns dealerships wanted that FAT markup on top of MSRP. No way.
I ended up with a Magnetic Platinum.
Enjoy that color and your truck!

My truck started as a F150 XL truck. I didn't want to pay for the up mark pricing to get a Raptor. So, I started with the Raptor suspension and I wasn't thinking of doing the panels. But since I go off roading a lot in Vegas, I decided to looked into aftermarket fiberglass from McNeil Racing. I tallied the pricing, and went to my friend's body shop, and asked him for a quote in getting them install and painted. But, he was asking too much in getting them done. But he told me the pricing to paint the OEM panels will be much cheaper than doing aftermarket fiberglass. So, I decided to buy OEM Raptor parts. I started finding part numbers for all the panels when the demand of the parts were low, so the pricing for the panels were cheap. Now, there are a lot of people doing the conversion, so the pricing of the panels are starting to get expensive. Same thing goes for the suspension. Another plus is I also work for Ford. So I get the employee's pricing for parts and having my friend who works for a body shop, saved me money on parts and paint.

I paid MSRP for my plain jane 800A.
